The Summerland Secondary's Me to We club is a social justice club open to all students at SSS. We meet every Thursday at lunch with the purpose of exploring social justice issues in our local, national and global communities. The group is also the major fundraising organization at the school for social justice causes including LOHADA orphanages in Arusha, Tanzania, Because I am a Girl, SSS Breakfast Club, Free the Children and more.
The students raise money for these organization through weekly bake sales, hot chocolate and lemonade sales, handicraft sales and the Annual Summerland Talent Show.
